Analyst, IT​/Tech, Data Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Schaumburg, IL. This role translates complex business requirements into clear technical specifications while ensuring accurate data integration across systems.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $49/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to design and document integration solutions between internal and external systems.
• Develop and maintain source-to-target data mappings, including HL7, FHIR, XML, and JSON data structures.
• Define transformation logic, business rules, and data validation requirements for integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver integration solutions within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues, and support troubleshooting and resolution efforts.
• Act as a subject matter expert in HL7 standards and integration best practices, ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an Integration Analyst, Healthcare Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in HL7 (v2/v3), FHIR, XML/JSON data formats, and data mapping/transformation logic.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to create user stories, manage integrations, and collaborate effectively with business, product, and technical teams.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $49.00 per hour
