Key Responsibilities- Lead ERP-focused projects from solutioning through execution and delivery.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive accountability across business and IT stakeholders to ensure commitments are met.
- Identify risks and project dependencies before they impact delivery.
- Facilitate decision-making and alignment across multiple teams and leadership groups.
- Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise projects.
- Experience delivering ERP-related initiatives in a complex business environment.
- Strong project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
