About The Role
Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce (2-3 Years Experience)
We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Retail & E-Commerce to support digital commerce initiatives and retail systems. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting Agile delivery, and working with cross‑functional teams. You will help translate business needs into user stories and functional documentation. This position is ideal for early‑career professionals entering the retail and ecommerce domain.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with requirements gathering and documentation
- Support the creation of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support UAT and defect tracking
- Maintain functional and process documentation
- Communicate requirements to stakeholders
- 1‑2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
- Exposure to Retail or E‑Commerce systems
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience using JIRA or similar tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Basic knowledge of SQL or data concepts
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
