Experience Level: 10+ years overall experience, 5+ years in solution architecture
Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise and deep knowledge of commercial insurance domains. This role is pivotal in designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology solutions that enable digital transformation across underwriting, policy administration, claims, and billing functions.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a Solution Architect role.
- Strong techno-functional background with hands-on experience in architecture, design, and systems analysis.
- Deep understanding of commercial insurance processes and products (e.g., workers’ compensation, general liability, property, marine, E&S).
- Experience with policy administration, underwriting, claims, and/or billing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of integration standards (REST, SOAP, APIs, microservices, Kafka).
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, PEGA, Salesforce, or similar.
