Basic Qualifications

• Education:
  
  Technical associate's degree
• Experience:
  
  4+ years analyzing and troubleshooting radio circuits. RF Focus

Scope of Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot 2-way radios and repeaters
• Create or modify cable assemblies
• Rework circuits including: 0201 size parts Standard SOICs Fine-pitch BGAs
• Test radios and repeaters for product certification
• Track prototype radios and repeaters
• Read schematics and layouts
• Stay organized and multitask effectively

Specific Knowledge & Skills

• Technical associate's degree
• 4+ years of experience with radio circuits
• Strong interest and understanding of radio operations
• Proficient with test equipment:
  Multimeters Oscilloscopes
• Skilled in:
  Soldering and replacing 0201 parts, SOICs, BGAs
• Rework using small-gauge wire (32 AWG or smaller)
• Working knowledge of:
  Cadence Allegro Design Entry HDL PCB Layout Editor LabVIEW (preferred) Python (preferred)
• Detail-oriented Strong organizational and communication skills
