Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to lead a large‑scale Merger and Acquisition which included a Microsoft 365 migration initiative supporting operations globally. This strategic, multi‑year program will oversee the transition of approximately 7,000 users from the current Microsoft 365 environment to the Microsoft cloud platform, including associated identity, endpoint, collaboration, and infrastructure changes. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the engagement through the RFP process, migration planning, pilot execution, and full‑scale deployment, while coordinating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams across collaboration, identity, infrastructure, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end‑to‑end project management lifecycle for the global Microsoft 365 migration program.
- Drive vendor selection and partnership activities through the RFP process.
- Develop and maintain the overall migration roadmap, timeline, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution.
- Partner with migration vendors and technical teams to define and execute migration strategies.
- Collaborate with teams managing infrastructure separation.
- Support endpoint migration efforts leveraging Quest migration technologies.
- Coordinate deployment of local endpoint management infrastructure.
- Oversee onboarding of mobile devices into Intune.
- Ensure readiness for dual‑credential identity strategy in partnership with identity teams.
- 10+ years of project or program management experience leading enterprise technology transformations.
- Proven experience managing large‑scale Microsoft ecosystem migrations.
- Experience leading RFP processes, vendor evaluations, and partner engagements.
- Strong background in enterprise infrastructure initiatives and infrastructure separation projects.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross‑functional programs involving multiple technical teams.
- Experience creating and managing executive‑level project plans, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
The pay range for this position is $65.00–$75.00 per hour.

Job Type: Contract position based out of Schaumburg, IL. This is a fully onsite role in Schaumburg, IL.
