QAD ERP Analyst
Job OverviewReporting to the Global ERP Operations Manager, the QAD ERP Analyst provides technical support and guidance for our ERP QAD system, troubleshooting issues, and assisting users in optimizing the platform to improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day support for the QAD ERP system, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical problems promptly.
- Assist users in navigating and utilizing QAD ERP functionality effectively.
- Monitor and maintain system performance; support upgrades, patches, and updates.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement improvements and ensure security and stability.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to functionality, performance, or integration.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues as required.
- Provide training sessions and create user documentation, guides, and FAQs.
- Support customization of QAD modules and configuration to meet business requirements.
- Assist with integration of QAD ERP with other internal or third‑party systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and queries to support decision‑making and maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with business units, suggest and implement process improvements.
- Certifications in QAD ERP or related technical areas.
- Experience with QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, or Financials.
- Knowledge of integration technologies (API, middleware, EDI).
- Familiarity with cloud‑based ERP systems and modern ERP architectures.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Customer‑service oriented mindset focused on user satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
