Senior Talent Systems Analyst

• Act as the technical expert for system operation and provide functional support for Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Absence, Security, Talent, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Payroll
• Configure and test system business processes for complex projects, enhancements, and upgrades
• Lead configuration and maintenance of annual Workday processes, including Benefits Open Enrollment, Compensation and Bonus programs, and Annual Performance Reviews
• Manage vendor system integrations, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, monitoring, and issue resolution
• Configure and test viEval and vi Recruit systems for enhancements and upgrades
• Provide guidance to interface managers on building internal content
• Maintain system documentation, processes, and procedures
• Analyze service trends, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for Workday, viEval, and vi Recruit
• Create, edit, configure, and schedule reports for functional areas and system users
• Participate in special projects and other assigned duties
• Partner with functional and business stakeholders across departments to implement solutions and optimize business processes

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
• Minimum of seven years of relevant experience
• At least five years of relevant experience specializing in HR system management
• Experience working within the Workday platform is required
• Workday certification a plus
• Demonstrated experience with creating diverse, often complicated, ad hoc reports
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate findings
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including macros and logic functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skill set
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, diplomacy, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work independently, organize, prioritize work accurately, and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to use sound judgment and discretion with highly confidential information

Demonstrates expertise in Workday HCM, including configuration, testing, and management of HR systems. Proficient in data analysis, report creation, and project management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
