Merchant Portfolio Analyst – Implementation Specialist

• Manage end-to-end implementation of merchant payment processing solutions
• Ensure efficient client onboarding and successful payment processing system integration
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Collaborate with Sales, Portfolio Management, Integrations, Contracts, Credit, Compliance, and vendors
• Serve as the primary contact for merchant clients during implementations
• Gather required implementation documentation
• Complete and submit CIMS Implementation Requests, Acquiring Solutions Intake forms, boarding templates, and other applicable forms
• Engage required resources to complete implementation tasks
• Facilitate and attend implementation project meetings
• Track implementation status through item and record creation
• Research, elevate, and resolve implementation issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with clients and technical resources
• Perform post-implementation validation of authorization, settlement, funding, interchange, and billing
• Partner across the organization and with vendors to drive client experience and operational excellence

• 3+ years of Payments and Merchant Payment Processing experience
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• In-depth knowledge of merchant services
• Ability to interact and collaborate well with others
• Focus on client satisfaction and client experience
• Ability to influence and ensure successful outcomes
• Ability to research and resolve complex issues
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective written, oral, and presentation communication skills
• Effective planning, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to coach less experienced or knowledgeable colleagues as necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and One Note
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
• 1st shift availability
• 40 hours per week
