Rauch & Associates is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Planner for a North American arm of a global industrial components group. This is an on-site role in the northwest Chicago suburbs, where you will own the planning transformation, from MRP activation to a monthly S&OP cadence, driving a hands-on, process‑first approach.
You will partner across functions to design, implement, and tune forecasting and supply processes, with a focus on improving inventory, lead times, and alignment with sales.
