Role:
Senior Manager, Operations Excellence and PMO in Global Logistics, leading large-scale supply chain and distribution improvement projects.
Objectives:optimize operational efficiency, automate processes, standardize project management practices.
Responsibilities:oversee cross-functional projects within distribution centers, develop and implement PMO standards, mentor project teams, and maintain supply chain expertise; manage budgets and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:Bachelor's in supply chain, industrial engineering, or related; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification; 10+ years in supply chain or operations, with 5+ years in project leadership; proven experience in distribution, automation, and transformation management.
