This is a part-time role so schedule may vary during regular business hours which is Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm. This is considered a safety sensitive position, and the candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen with includes testing for marijuana.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Operations Warehouse Manager, this position handles the tasks of the warehouse and other functions as assigned to maintain efficiency within the warehouse.

  • Previous relevant experience preferred.
  • Excellent human relation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, and patients.

  • Knowledge and adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
  • Must have a valid IL driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Call route customers for ETAs on scheduled deliveries
  • Pick/pull and stage items for delivery in AM and PM
  • Record all required information on delivery tickets
  • Assist delivery technicians in loading delivery vehicles in AM and PM
  • Stock incoming items to proper locations as directed
  • Process returns of equipment and supplies from facilities/customer homes
  • Clean/disinfect, examine, test and repair returned equipment for functionality
  • Perform function checks and enter preventative maintenance records using company PC/laptop
  • Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas
  • Report needed repairs to manager
  • Maintain communication with Purchasing and AP Departments
  • Verify all incoming deliveries (Backup role)
  • Match packing slips with Purchase Orders (Backup role)
  • Prepare and ship packages using UDS, USPS and UPS software daily (Backup role)
  • Conduct inventory weekly, or as needed (Backup Role)
  • Occasional driving may be required as needed (Backup role)
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Hearing - Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.

    Conditions - The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside.

    Finger Dexterity - Typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling. Operates a computer and other office productivity equipment, such as a desk telephone, cellphone, copy machine, tablet and computer printer.
