We currently have an open position for a Leasing Manager at International Village Schuamburg, which is a beautiful 700 unit apartment community located in Schaumburg, IL.

$20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

• The right candidate will be a person who enjoys building relationships with their team members, our prospects and residents. A high energy individual that can manage, lead and take ownership of our beautiful asset.
• The top candidate will be able to build strategies that will drive the team to continued success.

• A minimum of 1 year of related property management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule
