Energetic and Goal Oriented Shift Manager Trampoline Park- Altitude Schaumburg

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in recruiting, scheduling, orienting, and training employees.
• Help create and maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Assist the General Manager in communicating job expectations to staff.
• Plan, monitor, and appraise job results.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; coordinate and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager.
• Operate all departments while on shift.
• Maintain an organized work environment.
• Control quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Analyze and resolve quality and customer service problems.
• Help the park build and deepen community roots.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Cash Management.
• Provide or perform other services as needed or required by the General Manager.
• Responsible for the daily operation of the park while on shift.
• Enforce all guidelines and rules set in place by upper management.
• Communicate in a timely manner with upper management and owners.

Works under direct supervision of General Manager who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of management experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
