Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a growing portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong retention, and successful renewal outcomes.
  • Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and full compliance with Farmers policies and industry standards.
  • Establish clear performance goals, monitor key metrics, and execute strategies that consistently achieve and exceed agency growth targets.
  • Recruit and develop team members to build a high‑performing, growth‑focused agency team.
  • Lead strategic marketing initiatives and community engagement efforts to strengthen brand presence and drive new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Active or ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (fully paid by Farmers)
  • Flexibility to open and scale your agency anywhere in the state of Illinois
  • Proven background in sales, leadership, or small-team management
  • Proven financial stability with the capital required to invest in and scale a start-up business enterprise
  • Strategic leadership mindset with focus on long-term career growth
