A leading global manufacturer of food and industrial ingredients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-priority strategic projects across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, executive presence, and experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and change management efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Lead projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors.
- Maintain project documentation and governance standards.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout project life cycles.
- Support organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes.
- Track project costs and ensure budget compliance.
- Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise project management experience.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated change management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
