Project Manager (Non-IT)
Location:
Schaumburg, IL Duration: 6 Months
We are seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) to lead strategic and transformational initiatives within business units or across the enterprise. This role involves planning, executing, and measuring progress of key initiatives in direct collaboration with senior leadership. The Project Manager will be accountable for driving change and delivering impactful business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mid to large-scale projects and business process improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic initiatives.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and measurement of transformation efforts.
Preferred
Skills:
- Prior experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in project management and business process improvement.
