Non-Modified Adjustment Gross Rules Engine Supervisor

The Department of Healthcare and Family Services is seeking a Non-Modified Adjustment Gross Income Rules Engine Supervisor to manage a team overseeing the accurate processing of medical eligibility decisions. This role requires expertise in rules engine logic, SQL database management, and Federal and State Medicaid law. The supervisor will direct the development and implementation of rules engine logic, monitor program compliance, and present complex research findings to diverse audiences.

• Four years of college education required; three years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a public or business organization
• Three years of professional experience interpreting and analyzing Federal and State Medicaid and child health insurance laws
• Three years of experience in database management systems for automated decision-making and applying rules engine logic to Medicaid eligibility systems
• Three years of professional supervisory experience with staff utilization and employee motivation
• Three years of professional experience developing SQL data abstracts in relational databases for Medicaid eligibility
