Director of Bank Operations
- West Chicago! Exciting opportunity for a Director of Bank Operations to lead a team and Deposit operations in a community bank environment. This role offers strong visibility to C-suite.
- 5+ years Experience in bank operations (deposit side- no commercial banking or lending) at a community bank
- Lead a small team of 2-4 operations specialists from day one
- Hire, train, and supervise Operations staff, working with them to meet objectives.
- Hands-on with AP, wires, credit card disputes, deadlines, and GL balancing
- Accounting knowledge
- Strong “jack-of-all-trades” mindset vs. siloed big-bank experience
- Partner closely with leadership team and ability to build, lead, and influence from the ground up
- High visibility with leadership + growth into broader finance
- No wealth/trust or compliance required
