Automotive Office Manager

Continental Toyota is seeking a dedicated and organized Automotive Office Manager to join our team in Hodgkins, IL. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions within our dealership. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a strong background in automotive office management, thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

• Oversee daily office operations, including clerical and administrative tasks
• Manage staff scheduling
• Must be able to train and assist office staff when needed
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain accurate financial record.
• Must be able to submit a financial statement- accurately and in a timely manner
• Generate month end bonus payroll
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to office operations
• Support management in developing and implementing office procedures

• Proven experience in an office management role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Must be knowledgeable in Billing, AP/ AR,Payroll and L&T
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with office software and dealership management systems- CDK
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Competitive salary range of $90,000.00 - $ per year, paid weekly
