Nestle - - Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor proofer, press, docker, oven, depanner and conveyors to produce bakery products;
Load and unload pans from conveyors and carts;
Monitor product appearance and dimensions to ensure customer specifications;
Document pertinent information and maintain clean, sanitary work area;
Report deviations to Line Lead or Supervisor about product specifications and equipment status
