EMT 1

Multi-skilled technician responsible for executing preventive maintenance and basic repairs on production equipment under supervision.

Execute preventive maintenance and basic work orders on assigned equipment, replace mechanical components, perform basic electrical work, and assist higher‑level technicians with troubleshooting and rebuilds while following LOTO and all safety processes.

• Pay rate of $32/hr-35/hr, plus shift differential
• Schedule:
  
  1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
  (1st: 6:00 am‑2:30 pm; 2nd: 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm; 3rd: 10:00 pm‑6:30 am)

• Perform PMs and basic work orders on assigned equipment
• Replace mechanical components (bearings, belts, chains, gaskets, sensors)
• Perform basic electrical work (motors, switches, contractors)
• Follow LOTO and all safety processes
• Assist higher-level techs with troubleshooting and rebuilds

• 1–3 years industrial maintenance experience OR trade school equivalent
• Exposure to manufacturing equipment (internship, apprenticeship, or entry-level role)

• Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E awareness)
• LOTO trained and qualified
• Basic electrical training (voltage measurement, meter usage)
• Mechanical fundamentals training (power transmission, pneumatics)

• Works with guidance
• Executes tasks using standard work

The approximate pay for this position is $32/hr-35/hr final compensation may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
