Compensation
Great Starting Pay Rate: $21.00 - $22.00/hr
HoursFirst Shift
Hours:
7 am to 3 pm (Mon-Fri)
Inventory Clerk in a major manufacturing company. This is a Temp‑to‑Hire opportunity for long‑term employment.
- Perform daily cycle counts for production and warehouse locations.
- Resolve cycle count discrepancies with production and warehouse staff.
- Maintain weekly data on component gains/losses to facilitate root cause and corrective actions in support of an MRP‑based procurement system.
- Support and implement the environmental policy as it pertains to work activities.
- Notify supervisor of any problems.
- Work from specific verbal and/or written instructions and standard work instructions.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counting.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel (required).
- Experience using SAP is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to count parts accurately.
