Nestle - - Responsibilities:
Operates scales, meters, mixers, dough hoist and related mixing equipment;
Maintains a clean and sanitary work area;
Records necessary batch information including ingredient numbers, temperatures and machine settings;
Sets timers and programs on mixer or associated panels;
Ensures final product is meeting customers' specifications as it relates to temperatures, dough consistency, and other dough related quality attributes
