Job Description DN Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Siemens SINUMERIK Control Specialist to serve as the company’s technical authority for Siemens CNC controls. This role is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining deep expertise around Siemens control systems.

This position is focused exclusively on the control platform, not machine sales or machine design. The individual will be the internal “brain” of the Siemens control environment, responsible for training, technical development, and advanced support

Job Responsibilities Serve as the company’s primary expert for Siemens SINUMERIK CNC controls

Develop and maintain advanced technical knowledge of Siemens control functionality

Create structured training programs for:

Internal Applications and Service teams

Distributors Customers Deliver  hands-on training for:

Control operation

Programming Parameters Advanced features and functionality

Best practices

Support complex Siemens control troubleshooting and technical issue resolution

Develop internal documentation, guides, and training materials related to Siemens controls

Assist with control-related setup and validation during machine installations

Stay current on Siemens software updates, features, and technology developments

Build long-term internal capability around Siemens control systems

Job Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens SINUMERIK controls

Strong CNC programming background (G & M code)

Experience with multi-axis machining environments

Solid understanding of control parameters and functionality

Experience developing or delivering technical training preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work independently as a technical subject matter expert
