Production Associate - Garment Hanger​/Inspector - 2nd Shift

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Garment Hanger/Inspector to support the Rental Division. The Garment Hanger/Inspector is responsible for safely and accurately placing customer garments on hangers, visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairs (such as patching holes or tears), and maintaining the cleanliness of the work area. The position is on a performance‑based incentive pay structure;

meeting or exceeding production standards is required for additional compensation.

• Place garments on hangers accurately and safely.
• Inspect garments for defects and initiate repairs (patching holes or tears).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to attendance policies and work within a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.
• Stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive motions, bending, stretching, and reaching as needed.
• Push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to stations when required.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Estimated base salary ranges from $15.75 to $18.38 per hour. Compensation is based on skill, experience, and business needs.
