Production Associate - Garment​/Linen​/Bulk Product Folder

Job Overview

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery. The role requires maintaining a clean work area and is paid on a performance‑based incentive structure where meeting or exceeding a folding production standard yields additional compensation.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must handle a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment with time pressures.

• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to station to prepare for folding.

Base salary ranges between $15.75–$18.38 per hour.
