• Drive Technical Sales & Turnkeys: Conduct pre‑sale customer visits, evaluate opportunities, assess machine needs, and design high‑impact turnkey proposals.
• Develop Turnkey Solutions: Generate CNC programs, design/implement tooling and fixturing, and validate processes while consistently hitting cycle time, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Master Complex Machinery: Bring your expertise to life by setting up, programming, and proving out advanced machining platforms, including mill‑turn, 5‑axis, HMCs, and VMCs

• Be the Technical Expert: Provide high‑level technical support, process optimization, and advanced training to distributors and key accounts.
• Showcase Innovation: Design and execute cutting‑edge machining demonstrations focusing on new technologies and product capabilities.
• Collaborate & Problem‑Solve: Support the sales team with on‑site customer visits, live product demos, time studies, and expert process recommendations.
• Document & Standardize: Create detailed documentation for machine setups, application notes, and process improvements for both internal and customer use.
