Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Assembler for a rapidly growing client in Schaumburg! This is a contract-to-hire role with the potential for permanent placement in as little as 3-4 months, based on performance and attendance.

Electrical Assembler — Schaumburg, IL
Salary: $20 – $22/hr
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 6:00am — 3pm

- Hand soldering and wire splicing (26–30 AWG)
- Assembly and soldering of cables for medical devices and manufacturing goods
- Reading and interpreting wiring schematics and assembly drawings
- Using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, rulers, height gauges, etc.)
- Following standards such as IPC, J-STD, or NASA workmanship standards
- Using pneumatic or hand crimp tools
- Working under a microscope or magnification
- Ability to sit for extended periods
