We are partnering with a growing consumer products organization seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to support and scale its Amazon business across the U.S. and Canada. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their e‑commerce career who wants exposure to Amazon strategy while building toward increased ownership as the business grows.
This role would require a fully onsite schedule in the NW suburbs of Illinois.
Responsibilities- Supporting day-to-day Amazon Vendor Central operations (catalog management, item setup, variations, ticket resolution, promotional execution)
- Pulling and analyzing POS, traffic, and advertising reports to identify trends and performance opportunities
- Assisting with demand planning by reviewing inventory levels, tracking POs, and flagging potential risks
- Coordinating product content updates including images, A+ content, and brand storefront assets
- Establishing structured monthly reporting to share performance insights with leadership
- Partnering cross‑functionally to ensure strong brand representation and operational execution
- 1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, sales support, or digital retail
- Hands‑on experience within Amazon Vendor Central (Seller Central exposure is a plus)
- Understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and PPC fundamentals
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with comfort analyzing performance data
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
This role has a budgeted salary of up to $80k with a 401k package, along with full benefits including health, dental and vision. This client does participate in a summer Friday schedule all‑year‑round every other Friday.
