Marketing & Brand Coordinator

We're a modern, technology-driven concrete coating company located in the suburbs of Chicago. We specialize in polyurea and polyaspartic coatings for both residential and commercial clients, striving to disrupt the home-service industry with our quick, skilled, and communicative approach. As we grow, we aim to deepen our connection with our digital audience and local community alike. Our marketing approach integrates top-tier digital strategies with effective grassroots outreach.

We are currently seeking a proactive Full-Time Marketing & Brand Coordinator, a role based on-site, not eligible for remote work, to enhance these efforts and drive our brand and lead generation strategies forward.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is crucial for amplifying our visibility and stimulating lead generation via both digital and local platforms. This role involves a balanced combination of independent creative and tactical tasks—ranging from managing content creation and email campaigns to orchestrating local marketing initiatives. Furthermore, the Marketing Coordinator will collaborate closely with external partners, and other media services, ensuring their accountability, quality, and efficacy.

This mid-level opportunity offers vast potential for advancement into managerial positions as the company scales its operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage engaging digital content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Google Business.
  • Produce and distribute multimedia content from job sites to illustrate projects, team efforts, and customer experiences.
  • Compose captions and narratives that resonate with our brand’s voice and message.
  • Oversee the scheduling of email campaigns, including newsletters and CRM-driven automations like follow-ups and promotional contacts.
  • Handle direct coordination for paid advertising, verify performance metrics, ensuring CPL, CTR, and conversions are on target.
  • Review analytical reports from digital campaigns and compile monthly performance summaries pertaining to primary KPIs.
  • Execute local marketing strategies including presence at home shows, community events, forming partnerships, and securing sponsor ships.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local enterprises, educational institutions, and various organizations for promotional purposes.
  • Organize direct mail campaigns, local flyer distributions, and engage in neighborhood outreach efforts.
  • Be an ambassador for us at various community and networking gatherings.
  • Capture and share community-focused stories and testimonials to add a personal touch to the brand.
  • Maintain the role of primary contact for marketing vendors ensuring they meet deadlines, objectives, and performance standards.
  • Develop simple graphic materials utilizing tools like Canva or Adobe Express to ensure consistency in brand visuals and messages across all channels.
  • Maintain the alignment of design and branding with the strategic vision of the organization while assisting with photoshoots and customer testimonials.
  • Track both digital and local marketing impacts weekly, analyzing leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI, and report insights and potential improvements.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within home services, construction, or a locally focused business.
  • A robust balance between creative capability (content creation, photography, design) and strategic management (analysis, vendor coordination).
  • Proven track record of working with or managing external agencies.
  • Skilled in performing photo and video shoots on-site, and adept at crafting compelling social media content.
  • Proficient with digital tools including Canva, Google Suite, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or Builder Prime.
  • Outstanding communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment; valuing initiative and accountability.
