About the Role
Fulcrum is hiring Junior Marketing Associates to join our Marketing team for a 6‑month internship. This role is designed as an immersive, hands‑on experience for early‑career marketers who want real exposure to how modern B2B technology marketing works—from lifecycle campaigns and content to data, experimentation, and events. You’ll work closely with experienced marketers, contribute to live campaigns, and build practical skills across marketing automation, analytics, storytelling, and channel strategy.
You will be expected to work onsite in our Schaumburg office for the duration.
- Support lifecycle marketing programs in Hub Spot, including email, SMS, landing pages, and in‑app messaging.
- Assist with audience segmentation and list building using Zoom Info and Hub Spot.
- Help create and adapt content for different Lines of Business, audiences (Installed Base vs. Net New), and funnel stages.
- Support nurture programs across the B2B funnel (Awareness → Consideration → Decision).
- Assist with partner marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
- Support event marketing, including pre‑event promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
- Contribute to A/B testing, performance dashboards, and reporting.
- Support SEO/GEO and B2B social media efforts (primarily Linked In and Instagram).
- Currently graduating in April, May, or June 2026, or a recent graduate from a top‑tier university/college, or able to demonstrate significant professional work experience.
- Available for at least 6 months.
- Interest in B2B marketing, technology, and data‑driven growth.
- Basic understanding of the B2B marketing funnel and lifecycle concepts.
- Comfort working with data and dashboards;
Excel pivot tables required. - Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Word Press) and content workflows.
- Strong written communication skills and curiosity about storytelling.
- Foundational AI fluency and openness to using AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Event marketing or event operations experience.
- Exposure to tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Prior experience with marketing automation or CRM platforms.
- Some experience with video production.
