Salary: $141,500–$176,900/year + performance bonus

A Senior Brand Manager opportunity is available for an experienced marketing professional to lead brand strategy, portfolio development and growth initiatives. The role will focus on translating consumer and market insights into clear commercial strategies while working across a highly collaborative, matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop short- and long-term brand strategies designed to drive sustainable growth
- Define strategic priorities across brand positioning, portfolio development and market opportunities
- Lead innovation and renovation strategies in partnership with Insights and Innovation teams
- Analyze consumer, category and business data to identify growth opportunities and performance drivers
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Insights and Innovation teams to translate strategy into execution
- Establish brand guidelines and standards to maintain consistency across consumer touchpoints
- Identify strategic partnerships and initiatives that generate additional brand and business value
- Share strategic insights, best practices and learnings to strengthen marketing capabilities across teams
- Influence stakeholders across a complex, cross-functional organization
- Drive clarity, alignment and execution in an environment with evolving priorities
- 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably within CPG or a related industry
- Proven track record of developing and growing brands through strong positioning and commercial strategy
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans
- Experience leading innovation, renovation and portfolio strategy across multiple initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead across matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of financial and P&L drivers
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills
- Self-directed, curious and results-oriented approach
Compensation: $141,500–$176,900 base salary, plus performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits.
