Part-Time Registered Nurse (Home Health)

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Schaumburg, IL. This role will be responsible for providing Home Health care to patients in the local area in the comfort of their own home!

Skills Required:

• 1+ year of professional experience as an RN (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of IL
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
• Schedule:
  
  Minimum – 16 hours per week (2) days per week (8A to 5P) + assist in on call rotation:
• 1 weekend day shift per month: 8A to 5P on Saturday or Sunday; will have scheduled visits ahead of time & seeing patients in the field – beginning 5pm, will be a true on call

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate degree or higher an RN role (1+ years)
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois (IL)
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all
  3)? (yes)
• Have you spoken with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone)? (yes)
