Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse in Schaumburg, IL, to provide direct patient care in home/alternate settings. You will assess, educate, and coordinate infusion therapy with the care team, manage scheduling, and participate in on-call rotation while driving to patient homes up to an hour away.
Requirements include Illinois RN license, BSN preferred, minimum 3 years infusion experience, and proficiency with Outlook/MS Office. Mileage reimbursement offered.
