Hourly Pay Range
$38.16 - $59.15 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Shifts can be scheduled Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am‑4:00 pm - Required Travel:
Travel to other Endeavor Health sites may be required for meetings or coverage
- Perform pre‑placement screenings for employed and contingent worker groups, including reviewing serology documentation and vaccine history, providing immunizations, tuberculosis surveillance, drug and alcohol testing, and respirator fit testing.
- Communicate regularly with candidates, Human Resources, and management on clearance status.
- Conduct annual TB surveillance and Respirator Fit Testing for team members flagged in the system.
- Participate in annual mass vaccination programs to support seasonal flu and covid‑19 vaccinations.
- Manage immunization compliance and testing for catch‑up programs.
- Review lab results, enter data into the medical record system, and reach out to non‑compliant team members.
- Perform occupational exposure follow‑up to communicable diseases.
- Conduct initial telephone interviews, triage exposed team members, review test results, and determine appropriate follow‑up care.
- Handle intake calls for blood and body fluid exposures, including triage, ordering labs, charting in medical record, creating follow‑up appointments, and providing education.
- Provide rotating on‑call coverage for work‑related exposures and ILI symptom screenings during non‑business hours.
- Respond to calls within 15 minutes of notification.
- Educate exposed team members on the process during off hours, including documenting exposures, medical treatment plans, lab results, and post‑exposure prophylaxis if needed.
- Screen team members for symptoms following a communicable disease illness.
- Evaluate physician’s notes and/or discharge summaries to verify restrictions and assess alignment with job duties.
- Compare current health status to physical and mental demands of the role and collaborate with Employee Health provider to determine return‑to‑work eligibility with or without accommodations.
- Communicate return‑to‑work status and any required accommodations or restrictions to managers.
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records; document all activity accurately and timely within the electronic management system (Team Member Health) in accordance with internal policies and state regulations.
- Provide patient care in compliance with NPSG, Core Measures, Joint Commission readiness, HIPAA regulations, and infection control protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare/Science in the state of Illinois.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (current).
- Basic Life Support (CPR & AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Certification in Urine Drug Screening, Breath Alcohol Testing, and Hair Drug Screening procedures (within 3 months of hire).
- 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
- Phlebotomy skills (within 3 months of hire).
- Experience documenting patient care in an electronic medical record.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make knowledgeable clinical assessments and judgments.
- Ability to provide counseling and emotional support with compassion and respect.
- Ability to provide support to the care team (teamwork).
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
