With minimal direction and supervision, manages and directs the delivery of assigned division including supervision of assigned staff. division programs and services with emphasis on client contacts in the home or other community locations. Manages using the nursing model of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
SUPERVISION EXERCISEDThis position provides direct supervision to the assigned staff assigned to the services and programs under the management of this position.
SUPERVISION RECEIVEDThe position is self-directed with minimal guidance and supervision from the Director of assigned division.

- Certificate of graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, APRN, Registered Nurse RN, Licensed Practical Nurse LPN).
- -AND
- Currently licensed by the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. - -OR - A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four (4) years demonstrated direct clinical experience in an approved public or community health care setting and two (2) years demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
- -A Master’s Degree is preferred.
- -In addition, all persons in a nursing position must be current on CPR and First Aid certification/training.
- The ability to sit, flex, stand, reach, and bend.
- The physical strength to lift, carry, and transport materials/equipment equivalent to thirty (30) pounds.
- Visual acuity, auditory ability, and clear written and verbal communication ability.
- Manual dexterity and the ability for data input into various computer programs.
- The ability to maintain professional behavior at all times.
- Must reside within St. Clair County, IL or be willing to relocate to St. Clair County within six (6) months from hire date.
- The ability to work necessary hours to meet the position requirements including evenings and/or weekends as assigned.
- May require provision of services at off-site locations.
- A valid Driver's License.
