Position: RN - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
Location: Christiansburg, Virginia
Role And Responsibilities- Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs, managing critical conditions, and administering treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and interventions.
- Minimum of 2+ years of ICU nursing experience.
- Current RN licensure.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Participate in team communication and handoffs.
- Guaranteed pay with weekly payments.
- Premium overtime pay (2x hourly rate).
