We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA/QC operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining ISO/QMS compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily QA/QC activities and supervise quality inspection staff
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal quality systems
- Conduct internal audits and support external audit readiness
- Manage CAPA processes, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Partner with production, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and quality metrics tracking
- Train and develop QA team members on standards and procedures
- 2+ years in a QA leadership or supervisory role in manufacturing
- Experience with ISO standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Strong background in root cause analysis and CAPA processes
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ISO 9001 or lead auditor experience
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement exposure
- Supplier quality experience
- Opportunity to lead quality operations in a manufacturing environment
