Food Server

Overview

Medieval Times is looking to add fun, friendly, and enthusiastic Food Servers to our team! During our two-hour dinner and tournament, Medieval Spain comes to life for our guests and our Food Servers are an integral part of that experience. During the show, you’ll deliver our four-course feast, engage and have fun with guests in your section, and help create magic and memories for everyone attending the show.

• Create and deliver fun while providing a great guest experience
• Help guide guests to their seats
• Greet guests enthusiastically and remain in character throughout the show
• Serve beverages and our four-course feast to your section in a neat and timely manner
• Engage with guests to answer questions or assist with requests
• Set up tables, remove used tableware, and keep your section neat and clean throughout and after the performance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong communication skills with management, team members, and guests
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk and walk up and down stairs for extended periods
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed

• Education and work experience:
  High School diploma
• Food Service experience preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills

THE PAY RATE FOR THIS POSITION IS $9.00/HOUR PLUS TIPS. THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION. NO HEALTH BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED BUT 401(K) IS OFFERED DAY ONE AND INCLUDES A COMPANY MATCH.
