Job Description
Responsible for filling store orders using a pick list and preparing them for shipment in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Ensures merchandise is obtained from bins or shelves and verifies order completeness and accuracy. Also handles shipping, receiving, and back‑stock inventory.
Responsibilities- Mark pallets with identifying store information
- Use lift equipment once training and certification are completed
- Pick and stage parts for store deliveries
- Replenish inventory to shelves
- Maintain consistent, reliable attendance
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Willingness to work various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Proficiency in basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Preferred:
Prior warehouse training or experience - Preferred Skills

The good faith estimate for this role is between $17.15 and $19.08 per hour for a new team member. The rate offered depends on factors such as geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, other skillsets, and shift differential, if applicable.
