- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
- Experience motivating a team to achieve goals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
- Demonstrated mentoring and training of associates on selling and operational processes.
- Flexible schedule and availability, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
- Basic computer skills.
- Regularly lift up to 40 lb from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
- Support frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
- Remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Team‑player skills, bringing energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals together.
- Manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the game plan set by the store manager.
- Mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
