Team Member, Retail

About the Role

We are looking for Team Members to deliver excellent guest service, ensuring quality food and beverages, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

• Welcome guests and create a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
• Prepare bagels, coffee and menu items to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Assist with inventory and restock as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early hours as required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.

• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to work varied hours/days, including early mornings (as early as 3a.m.) and weekends.
• Multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in restaurant, retail or guest service is a plus but not required.

• Flexible schedule with no evenings or nights.
• Competitive hourly pay ($14.00–$21.00) plus tips (subject to state regulations).

Address: 2566 W Schaumburg Rd, Schaumburg, Illinois 60194. Hourly rate: $14.00–$21.00 per hour (subject to regulations and minimum wage). Physical demands: sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently. Duties may change.
