Annual pay ranges may fall between $29,120 - $58,656. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.

Position Summary
- Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
- Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
- Provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and give feedback on strengths and opportunities.
- Adhere to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.
- Generate sales by providing excellent customer service.
- Control expenses by protecting company assets, preparing store schedules, managing inventory, and performing documentation per retail policies and laws.
- Open and close the store as required following operational procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising associates, encouraging compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Communicate with employees at all levels and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear, professional manner.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount.
