• Greet and assist customers promptly, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs by sharing product knowledge, answering questions, directing them to merchandise, and offering recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns, offering alternative solutions and turning returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management regarding merchandise restocking, service requirements, and customer feedback.
• Support team and company goals by collaborating to achieve store objectives and a positive work environment.

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and occasional travel.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers, hand‑held and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with ability to engage customers and handle interactions courteously and professionally.
• Use basic information‑gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn procedural knowledge through on‑the‑job training.

• Frequently operate cash register.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 25lb and place or remove merchandise up to a height of 5–10ft.
• Ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock.
• Position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in the stock room and on the sales floor.
• Communicate and exchange information with customers face‑to‑face and over the telephone, and with managers and coworkers.
• Move across the sales floor assisting customers and to/from the stock room retrieving and putting away merchandise.
• Recognize email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures.
• Remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
