Part Time Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics; Woodfield Mall - Schaumburg, IL

Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Lead for our Fabletics Retail Store at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting Sales & Operations, leveraging technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.

• Actively engage customers and provide in‑store product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager and maintain store‑merchandising guidelines to enhance the shopping journey.
• Continuously provide and gather feedback to improve business operations.
• Maintain store performance standards in Productivity, Efficiency, Quality, and safety.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10–30lbs).

• 1year minimum of retail experience.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and interact with customers, employees, and partners.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to inspire others.
• Multi‑tasking, prioritization, and working well under pressure.
• Flexibility with work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Applicants must be 18years or older.

Willing to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hourly rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
