Outlet Stock Associate - Schaumburg Outlet

Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise in a fast-paced outlet environment to support an exceptional customer experience. This hands-on role works in the stockroom and on the sales floor to ensure inventory is organized, accurately tracked, and presented to brand standards. The associate also prepares purchased items for customer pickup and assists with safe loading into vehicles.

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support precise inventory tracking
• Prepare customer purchases for pickup and assist with safe loading into vehicles

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and maneuvering throughout the sales floor and loading docks
