  • Market Development and Customer Relations: Develops and refines market position through effective communication with both external and internal customers. Implements account strategies based on market conditions and requirements. Pursues new opportunities within existing and new lines of business. Provides networking opportunities to meet or exceed customer expectations while achieving company goals.
  • Sales Support and Product Presentation: Provides sales service by creating and presenting technical product information to current and potential customers. Coordinates customer project needs, provides product delivery information, and addresses specifications and engineering issues to secure design wins and maintain good customer relationships. Develops innovative solutions and responds rapidly to client demands.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates with design engineers, technical service, manufacturing, and distributors to ensure timely response to customer needs. Maintains thorough follow-up on issues, action items, and discussions through written and verbal communication.
  • Reporting and Quoting: Provides monthly reports, sales forecasts, customer correspondence, and issues quotes regarding pricing, availability, and quantities based on manufacturing plans for US and overseas subsidiaries.
  • Customer Activity Management: Reports to management on all customer activities and communications to ensure the team is aware of current customer needs and requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Develops and maintains relationships with global counterparts through daily emails and phone conversations to share market information. Completes visit reports to document customer activities.
  • Goal Achievement: Responsible for achieving goals outlined in the "Commitment Sheets" and creating action plans to meet sales commitments.
  • Additional Duties: Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management.
