This is a full‑time, on‑site Account Manager position based in Schaumburg, IL. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with RSA’s solutions. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries and issues promptly, and identifying new opportunities for growth. The Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to implement client strategies and monitor performance metrics to maintain and improve service quality.
Qualifications- The Customer Account Manager must be self‑driven with a positive attitude and a strong interest in providing Customer Support.
- Implement potential customers’ e‑commerce site setups, and review new e‑commerce site launches, product updates, site refreshes, promotions, etc.
- Experience with design tools including Canvas and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience creating website assets such as banners and image tiles.
- Portfolio demonstrating website design work particularly in e‑commerce.
- Building landing pages in HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Conduct thorough QA of site content to ensure a high‑quality client experience across mobile and desktop.
- Experience in marketing operations and workflows designed to support creative, campaign, trade, or other digital activities preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Independent, digitally minded, multi‑tasking, and goal‑oriented.
- Time management, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multi‑task and work with cross‑functional teams.
