Job Summary

Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face‑to‑face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.

Sell with goal of exceeding departmental financial and unit targets. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast Business Services in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop territory, build local business partnerships and organizational affiliations, and enhance Comcast positioning and brand.
  • Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
  • Acquire new customers for Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid‑size businesses.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
  • Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi‑location opportunities.
  • Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects’ ability to communicate more effectively internally and externally.
  • Effectively manage a high‑activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
  • Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support staff to ensure end‑to‑end customer sales and satisfaction, driving new revenue growth.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects that consistently yields production levels above monthly quota.
  • Remain knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
  • Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.
  • Maintain punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; may be considered with equivalent coursework and experience.
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Key skills: adaptability, communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, customer‑focus, persuasion, professional integrity, resilience, technical knowledge, and workplace organization.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $68,750.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $
